The Satya Method (see link emotion.co.il) can be applied to any area of life where we perceive a gap between our current situation and the desired one:
Interpersonal Relationships- family and work relationships
Specific areas of one’s life- change management, crisis management and professional career
Personal Areas- stress and unease, personal balance, anger and fear management
Specific instances and events- family events, personal interviews, negotiation and mediation
The training takes place in weekly conversations on WEB. Each training session last an hour.
The Satya method was developed in Israel by Natalie Ben-David Elnatan, founder of “Emotion” (see link emotion.co.il) the School of Being, Listening and Transformation.
The method is focused on personal development through the observation and exploration of feelings, emotions, thoughts and physical sensations.
Learning to know ourselves can liberate us from emotional and behavioural automatisms in order to live a fulfilled life that is not dependent on circumstances.
